About Me

Liz Allred recieved her instruction and Diploma for Massage Therapy from SouthWest Academy of Healing Arts (SWAHA) located in Cedar City, Utah, under the direction of Dr. Mark Waters, D.C. The School embraced the concept of holistic wellness, with a broad spectrum of exposures to modalities such as Tai Massage, Shiatsu, and Sports Massage. 
Qualifications for graduation required 100 clinic hours which included communtity events i.e, The Utah Summer Games. 600 hours study were also requisite with intensive research into the History of Massage, Anatomy (w/Cadaver Lab), Psychology, Chemistry, First-Aid, and Pathology. 40 hours of Yoga and Tai-Chi were also integrated into the curriculum.
Liz graduated from SWAHA in July of 2005 and went on to pass the BodyWorkers Nationals in Las Vegas in August that same year.
Following the completion of the testings and licensures, she spread her wings into the Art of Massage Therapy and has had a very fullfilling experience since. She has gained the respect of the local Chiropractors whom she has worked alongside and has expanded her intrests into the field of Metaphysics and Life Coaching.
In May 2008 She launched the first of her Life Coaching sessions in her Create Your Life Workshops and has recieved positive reviews from this new endeavor. She has has the priviledge of touching the lives, minds, and bodies of clients from St. George to Salt Lake.
Her passion is educating her Clients on the importance of self-care and conscious living.
Liz currently resides in Orem, Utah with her 6 children, who are truly her lifes’ greatest teachers and education. When she is not giving massage she is either hanging out with the kids, practicing Yoga and Meditation or enjoying the many Scenic areas Utah affords.
