Services: I offer Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Sculpting, Sports Massage, PNF(muscle lengthening), Trigger Point Therapy, Pre and Post surgery massage, Car Accident recovery and post-massage consultation. Essential Oils applications upon request. I work alongside Health Coaches who offer Health Counseling and Yoga. Chiropractic referral given when needed. I offer education to my clients in the field of Mind-Body connection and enjoy sharing a rich library of material on the subject.

Massage:Half Hour $30
One Hour $60
90 Minute $90
Out-Call (Massage Table brought to home) $25 additional for set-up and travel expense. One hour minimum for Out-Call.

Chair Massage: Plan an event for your organization. Portable Massage Chair brought to your office for $85 the first hour, $60 thereafter. Treat your employees/co-workers/boss to a fifteen-minute back and shoulder massage during lunch hour.

Life Coaching: Individual session $25
Create Your Life Workshop:$85 for an 8 hour session, light lunch provided. 5 participant minimum. Host In-home workshop and recieve session for free! Invite those closest to you for a day of learning skills which can enhance relationships and improve the quality of your emotional and mental well-being.
